The Kennedy Space Center is one the most famous attractions in the world, let alone the most famous space shuttle launch centre. Located in Orlando, Florida, the Kennedy Space Center is the ideal location for you to become an astronaut for a day in an astronaut training experience.
The day starts with a briefing from an actual NASA astronaut then you can undergo space orientation in the Zero-G wall, 1/6th Gravity Chair and Multi-Axis Trainer. This test of your nerves is followed by a simulated space mission where you can take the helm in Mission Contro. The virtual mission launches you into orbit where you dock with the International Space Station to drop off necessary supplies and perform critical repairs!
It’s the closest you’ll ever get to going into space and is a truly authentic astronaut experience and is followed up by a buffet lunch and behind the scenes tour of the space center. You also receive souvenir goodies including a T-Shirt, cap, certificate and commerative photo.
